The missing "she"?

She is never the person she used to be,
Thinking about everything that is in her way.
She will get white hairs one day,
if she tires her brain out everyday.
She had ever thought of leaving it as it is,
As she believe they will realise she was right.
She got a feeling that everything has soured,
and knew it was tough to get it back.
She has been troubled these few days,
and wondered if anyone did noticed.

I did.

She will go crazy,
if this is not going to stop.

Thus she decided...

It's time to put everything back into place,
doing one thing at a time.
