hi everyone. happy new year.. a brand new year with a brand new start. well how did i welcomed 2007? i went out yesterday night with my classmates. there were a total of 7 of us. me, kp, cheryl, hassan, cs, joey and dc. 1st we went to orchard to walk. and we went to esplanade, theatres by the bay before midnight at around 11? (i still remember what jumiah had siah. got to write theatres by the bay or o level markers will not know where is it.) while walking there via city link, it was so damn crowded and stuffy. there were too many people in the underground shopping mall and furthermore the central air conditioner system was not on. no wonder everyone were complaining that we were very hot. there were still some people buying and selling those can-sprayed foams. you can just hear those psssss pssss sound. i thought those cans where already banned?? anyway there was this group of 'ah bengs' who were finding bangala targets. haha. they were like spraying those on them. GREAT JOB. because if it was not those foreign workers, we might still have those foams to liven up the atmosphere. last year's countdown was more enjoyable. strangers will be spraying those foams on you and will wish you happy new year. we bought more than 10 cans last year. it was fun indeed. but due to the ban, we did not get to play and spray on each other this year. sianzzz.. anyway walked quite a long way down to somewhere near esplanade drive. we found ourselves a good spot and waited for the fireworks to start. the fireworks was magnificent especially the last firework. its like there were many stars in the sky shinning at you. it only last for 8 minutes. haha. well it was worth it. we headed down to lau pa sa to eat our supper. i ate ice kacang. so refreshing. haha. but the quene was long. i didn't quene while my friends did. i think they waited for like 10 minutes before they ordered? didn't catch the last train home.

thought we will able to call for a cab after eating our supper but we were wrong. all the cabbie hotline were all busy. all the 5 cabbie companies.... o gosh. and we walked and walked and somehow realise that we had made our way to chinatown. haha. i think we walked quite far huh?? gave up taking the cab home. (we waited for more than 2 hours) we then decided to walk back to raffles place mrt station. we went to the underground and the guys lie on the floor to catch some sleep. 1st train was 625 so by the time i reached home it was already 7 or 710. couldn't really remember because i was too tired.

woke up at around 2pm and had my lunch and here i m blogging this entry. well my new year resolutions are:
1) clear up my messy table and room (have not clear it since o level ends)
2) get into tp if not sp (other polys are too far away)
3) get good results for my o level
4) get into tourism and hospitality course
5) find a job now if i can
6) do well in poly
7) meet good and reasonable friends (???)
8) get to go thailand with prss band
9) get to go overseas
10) wish everyone good health and good luck for everything. world peace.
11) reformat my lappie
