Oh.. had rehearsal at about 3.30pm.. before that we helped to arrange the chairs and stands on the stage.. the piece the choir is singing with us is called soran funk.. could hardly hear what they were singing.. hmmm.. tried a lot of ways to make them sound louder.. that includes adding more mikes and making them stand in front of the band.. was so hungry during the rehearsal because i ate my cup noodles at around 1030am.. and its 5 plus already.. had dinner at 6.30pm.. the food taste horrible but because i m very hungry.. i had no choice but to eat it.. haha.. food for concert always taste horrible.. the female toilet is always clean and ammonia free.. but it's totally opposite for the guys toilet.. when one can smell the ammonia smell coming out from the male's toilet.. haha.. some changed into the band uniform and others were running around taking pictures of everyone they see in the concert hall.. i helped to tie some of the 'red knots'.. i tied my own too.. heehee.. :D
its 7 20pm and everyone is getting onto the stage ready for the grand opening of the concert.. VIVA LA MUSICA IV.. was quite disappointed when i saw the number of people coming into the concert hall.. it was just a handful.. anyway we started off with the piece postcard from singapore.. =) Mr Pisit conducted us from the circle seat.. which obviously was so damn difficult to see him.. After that we played a piece called Folklore of the Yao.. started to play the first few bars and i sounded airy.. guess what??? there is too much saliva in the clarinet and you can actually hear it.. i forget to swap the clarinet before concert.. o my.. my sound sux.. hope it did not sound terrible in the recording.. 3rd piece was a song called persian market.. i can't see the malay dancers dancing.. perhaps band members could only watch it in the vcd or dvd.. haizz.. 4th piece was immer kleiner.. well done zheng yi.. although there were more squeaks than usual.. but he got the courage to play in front of so many people.. by the way, my sister also praised him for his wonderful sound.. ZHENG YI.. BRAVO!! the next piece was romantic charm of pentatonism..
And now.. its interval time!! Picture taking again.. the whole concert hall was in a real chaos.. really messy and you can hear everyone screaming and saying hello to this and that.. cool.. All the following picture is taken during the interval of 20 minutes.. i feel that 20 minutes too short.. i have not take enough picture but its time to go on stage already..

It's time to go on stage already.. preparing for 2nd half.. check if my mug got anything floating in the water.. o ya.. my stand keep dropping.. at 1st the stand is very high.. then a while later just right for me.. and when the concert is ending the stand is so damn low.. something wrong with the stand.. haha.. and i keep adjusting it.. the 1st piece after the interval was soran funk.. where choir members sang the song and we play the piece.. after that was dixieland Jam! there were many soloist.. sir was playing with ching soon's green clarinet.. i think that he should also use the green mouthpiece instead of the black one because the colours don't match at all.. but the black mouth piece is a better quality mouth piece.. mdm mariam conducted the piece.. i can see that she is a bit frightened.. but anyway she went through it.. claps for her.. 3rd piece was grand serenade for an awful lot of winds and percussion.. this is the most interesting piece out of the other pieces.. 2nd movement was really funny.. we had to play with the mouth piece only and giggle the water and even sway left and right.. 3rd movement.. horrendous.. i didn't expect the whole conductor stand to drop.. haha.. but it did.. and that hui fen was actually actually and mr yeo really went on stage to have a drink with conductor.. next was the boom.. sang by a malay choir girl.. and accompanied by the band.. last piece was queen in concert.. haha.. didn't expect choir members to spray the snow on the last row of band members until all their hair were covered with white artifical snow.. haha.. before the last note ened.. i already covered my nose with my hands.. because i hate the smell.. haha.. mr yeo went to buy 24 cans of spray for the choir members to spray.. oh my god.. lucky i wasn't sitting in the last row or i would have vomitted.. the encore piece was el bimbo.. and the mcees announced.. ' all good things must come to an end.. we hope to see you soon in Viva La Musica V.. good night and bye bye!!' OOOOO the concert has ended?? it's so fast.. i wasn't so nervous and worried as the last viva la.. haha..didn't know why too.. perhaps i am more prepared this time??
Well after the concert.. all the performers must take a group photo right?? so hmm.. i ran across and sat with serene.. and we took pictures again.. haha.. its just pictures and pictures.. lucky i brought my camera onto the stage with me.. haha.. all the pictures are taken after the concert.. (there are suppose to be more pictures but i lazy to load) want those pictures then your sms to tell me.. =) later went back to school to pack things.. actually wanted to eat supper with band members but couldn't because my father wanted to drive me home.. haizz.. haha.. tired but fun..
O concert's over.. sian ah.. got to start to concentrate on o levels already.. not allowed to go out.. or even ton.. haha.. how i wished there isn't o level.. seeing of books makes me fall asleep.. -_-'' Okay see you people soon.. byebye..
